Things I’ve Been Loving Lately
Okay.. not gonna lie, I totally didn’t understand the point of this stuff when I saw different Youtubers and beauty guru’s obsessing over it. It’s a powder you put on your face only to dust it right off. I mean come on, can you blame me? For some reason I decided to give it a try, and now I LOVE IT. I use it almost everyday. All you do is put the powder on top of your foundation with a beauty blender (or the little puff you can buy with it) and let it sit there for 5ish minutes (I just leave it on while putting on my eye make-up). Then, you just dust it all off your face. I know, I know.. it sounds kind of pointless, but this stuff does an incredible job of setting your make up, getting rid of fine lines, and making your face make up look 10x more natural. Trust me! Give it a shot.
P.S. After using this, I’ve noticed that my foundation stays on almost all day long… & yes EVEN after cuddling with the boyf.
TWO: Tahiti Island Dream
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scent. I’ve been wearing this since the winter, and even then, just a wiff of it put summer on my mind. I have the full size mist, the travel mist, the lotion, AND the body wash. Can you tell how much I love it or??
THREE: Soft Ruffle Shorts
These shorts are my way of feeling cute but cozy all at the same time. I think the ruffles add the perfect little touch of girly and the looseness and elastic band let you feel like your not even wearing pants.
If the “one size fits all” of Brandy Melville’s shorts isn’t working for ya, I recommend these shorts from Express. They come in all sizes and are basically the same exact thing.
I finally broke away from the foundation I’ve been using since the 8th grade. I’ve been sticking with my usual drug store foundation for a while but it wasn’t really cutting it anymore. I’ve decided to start trying out different foundations and I’ve been loving the Born This Way Foundation by Too Faced. It gives me a flawless look and lasts long too. I don’t have too many blemishes, but I do have a lot of scars from previous breakouts and it covers those up great.
I think I’m going to try the Make Up Forever Ultra HD Foundation next. Have any of you ever tried it? Let me know how you liked it!
I think this stuff was made for me guys. It’s exactly what I needed. I haven’t gotten too comfortable with the bold lip look yet. This lip balm rocks because it adds just enough color and acts as a chapstick all at the same time. Posiebalm has more of a pink tint but there are other colors available as well like benebalm (redish tint), chachabalm (orange tint), and lollibalm (purple-pinkish tint). The only thing I would change with this lipbalm is the taste; I wish it was a little sweeter. Other than that, it’s perfect.
Thanks for reading guys!
